Zumba® Fitness is exercise in disguise! From Latin rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia, and reggaeton to international moves like Bhangra, Afro beat, bellydance, and country/western, we do it all! You can't do it wrong - just move to the music and get your groove on. Zumba® burns calories, is a total-body workout and is good for core strengthening because of the hip and midsection movements. It's fun AND it's good for you! Music and movement are great stress relievers, too.
Do the class at your own comfort level and with your own style - classes are a no judgement zone! All of Del's classes may be modified up OR down to get the workout you want!
